Automotive windshield washer fluid means any liquid designed for use in a motor vehicle windshield washer system either as an antifreeze or for the purpose of cleaning, washing, or wetting the windshield. Flexible vinyl adhesive means an “Aerosol Adhesive” designed and labeled exclusively to bond flexible vinyl to substrates. Flexible vinyl means a nonrigid polyvinyl chloride plastic with at least five percent, by weight, of plasticizer content. A plasticizer is a material that is incorporated into a vinyl to increase its flexibility, workability, or distensibility, that may be determined using ASTM Method E260-91 (Jan. 25, 1991) Standard Practice for Packed Column Gas Chromatography, which is incorporated by reference herein, or from product formulation data.
Automobile Headliner Adhesive means an aerosol adhesive designed to bond together layers in motor vehicle headliners.
Watercraft means a boat or craft principally designed to be propelled on or in the water by wind, engine power or electric motor.WHAT THIS POLICY COVERSCoverage A‐ Bodily Injury, Personal Injury, Advertising Injury and Property Damage Liability.1. This policy covers a covered person’s legal obligation to pay damages for a covered loss over and above the retained limit. If a covered person is legally obligated to pay damages for a loss to which this policy applies, we will pay the net loss minus the retained limit.2. The Limit of Liability as shown in this policy’s Declarations Page for Coverage A is the most we will pay for any one loss, regardless of the number of covered persons, persons or organizations injured, claims made, suits brought, or organizations making claims or bringing suits.3.
