General Atlantic Stockholders means GAP 74 LP, GAP 77 LP, GAP Coinvestment, GAP Coinvestments III, GAP Coinvestments IV, GapStar, GmbH Coinvestment, any Subsequent General Atlantic Purchaser and any Transferee thereof to whom Registrable Securities are transferred in accordance with Section 10(f) of this Agreement.
