gas supply contract definition

gas supply contract means a contract for the supply of natural gas, but does not include a gas derivative;
gas supply contract means gas supply contract as defined in point 34 of Article 2 of Directive 2009/73/EC;
gas supply contract means any contract or agreement entered into by Buyer and a supplier to supply Gas to Buyer during the Term, which are listed on Schedule 6.2.
