Gas Safety Certificate definition

Gas Safety Certificate means a declaration of conformity issued by a Gas Safe Registered engineer in accordance with GSIUR (NI) 2004;
Gas Safety Certificate means a gas safety record within the meaning of the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 (or similar regulations which amend it).
Gas Safety Certificate means the documentation which the customer receives when an appliance has been fitted and registered by a Gas Safe Registered engineer.
