Environmental Certificate definition

Environmental Certificate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.2.1.

Environmental Certificate is defined in Section 7.26.

Environmental Certificate means the environmental certificate given by the Borrowers and the Guarantors to the Agent for the benefit of the Lenders pursuant to this Agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit C hereto.

More Definitions of Environmental Certificate

Environmental Certificate means the Certificate and Indemnification Regarding Hazardous Materials to be executed by Borrowers on or before the Closing Date and delivered to Agent Bank as a further inducement to the Banks to establish the Bank Facilities, as it may be amended, modified, extended, renewed or restated from time to time.
