Before each use of a Vehicle, You shall conduct a basic safety inspection of the Vehicle, which includes inspecting the following: (i) trueness of the wheels; (ii) safe operation of all brakes and lights; (iii) good condition of the frame; (iv) sufficient battery charge power; and (iv) any sign of damage, unusual or excessive wear, or other open and obvious mechanical problem/maintenance need. You agree not to ride the Vehicle if there are any noticeable issues, and to immediately notify Course of any damage or problems.

Before each use of an eBike, you shall conduct a basic safety inspection of the eBike, which includes inspecting the following, as applicable: (i) proper tire pressure; (ii) trueness of the wheels; (iii) safe operation of all brakes and lights; (iv) proper attachment of the seat, pedals and basket; (v) alignment of the fender and the metal rods that hold the fender in place; (vi) good condition of the frame; (vii) sufficient battery charge power; and (viii) any sign of damage, unusual or excessive wear, or other mechanical problem or maintenance need. You agree not to operate the eBike if there are any noticeable issues, and to immediately notify HADCO eBike Lending Library staff of any problems.
Safety Check. At the same time as the annual service visit a Service Engineer will check the safe operation of the appliances specified.

Safety Check. Contractor, before the start of the operation, shall notify delegate of Employer and Supervisor to inspect the possible impact to the of the submitted security plan, and on-site erection of safety facilities, exit passageway, safety and fire protection equipment on the surrounding environment, and rectify at its own expense in accordance to the recommendations proposed by Employer and Supervisor. The inspection and suggestion of Supervisor shall not reduce or relieve Contractor’s liability under this Contract.
Safety Check. It is the general policy of RMOW to make every effort to support the safety and well-being of each client. In the event that a client does not answer for a scheduled delivery the following will occur: A phone call will be made to the client's emergency contacts to alert them of a non-response. If RMOW is unable to reach the contacts as listed and there is reason to believe the client may be at risk, RMOW will call the non-emergency police phone number to request a welfare check on the non-responsive client. In the event that an emergency arises or becomes evident at the time of delivery, 911 will be called to ensure the health and safety of the client. Additionally, the client's emergency contacts will be notified. Meal delivery is provided by volunteers who are not medically trained or certified to administer treatment.
