Gas Gathering Agreement definition

Gas Gathering Agreement means that certain Gas Gathering and Compression Agreement, dated as of February 26, 2020, by and among EQT Corporation, a Pennsylvania corporation, EQT Production Company, a Pennsylvania corporation, Rice Drilling B LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, EQT Energy, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and EQM Gathering Opco, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as amended, restated, supplemented, modified, waived or replaced from time to time.

Gas Gathering Agreement means that certain Gas Gathering and Compression Agreement, by and among EQT, EQT Production Company, a Pennsylvania corporation, Rice Drilling B LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, EQT Energy, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and EQM Gathering Opco, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

Gas Gathering Agreement means the Gas Gathering Agreement dated May 1, 2018 between Apache Corporation and Alpine High Gathering LP (f/k/a Alpine High Gathering LLC), as the same may be amended, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms.
