Game has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Control Act;

Game shall have the meaning stipulated in the recitals above, including any modified or advanced version of the Game distributed by Licensor for error correcting, updating or debugging purpose, under the same title. Any subtitled version, series or sequel to the Game which may be developed or distributed by Licensor after the execution of this Agreement shall be clearly excluded from the scope of this Agreement.

Examples of Game in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tailgate Guys reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate its Game Day Services due to inclement weather, ground conditions, or other factors that impact the quality and safety surrounding any Game Day Services.

  • The only exceptions are for those emergency incidents under the jurisdiction of the California Highway Patrol, County Sheriff, California Department of Fish & Game and the U.S. Coast Guard.

  • If CLIENT cancels this Agreement in writing twenty-nine (29) days or less before the event (the first event for Bundled Game Packages), CLIENT is not entitled to a refund.
