Environmental Proceedings definition

Environmental Proceedings means any judicial or administrative proceedings arising from or in any way associated with any Environmental Requirement.

Environmental Proceedings. Any environmental proceedings, whether civil (including actions by private parties), criminal, or administrative proceedings, relating to the Project.

Environmental Proceedings means any prosecution, official investigation, examination, inquiry or other proceedings by any official body or institution that is empowered to investigate the affairs of the Company and/or the Associated Company and/or the Other Concern, arising from any actual or alleged Pollution.

• Each Loan Party shall furnish to the Lenders and the Administrative Agent prompt written notice of all Environmental Liabilities, pending, threatened or anticipated Environmental Proceedings, Environmental Notices, Environmental Judgments and Orders, and Environmental Releases at, on, in, under or in any way affecting in any material respects the Properties or any adjacent property, and all facts, events, or conditions that could lead to any of the foregoing.

• The Borrower shall furnish to the Banks and the Agent prompt written notice of all Environmental Liabilities, pending, threatened or anticipated Environmental Proceedings, Environmental Notices, Environmental Judgments and Orders, and Environmental Releases at, on, in, under or in any way affecting the Properties or any adjacent property, and all facts, events, or conditions that could lead to any of the foregoing.

• In addition, in the event any Hazardous Material is removed, or caused to be removed from the Property, by Indemnitors, Agent or any other person, the number assigned by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to such Environmental Proceedings or any similar identification shall in no event be in the name of Agent or identify the Agent as a generator, arranger or other designation.

• We have the right, but not the obligation, to actively associate with You or the Company in the settlement or handling of any Claim, Disqualification Proceedings, Investigation or Environmental Proceedings.

More Definitions of Environmental Proceedings

Environmental Proceedings means any criminal, civil, administrative or regulatory proceeding, process or action commenced against the Indemnified Party or any Relevant Protected Person by any person or Environmental Authority in respect of any Environmental Matters;

Environmental Proceedings has the meaning specified in Section 3.23.

Environmental Proceedings shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.17(b).
