Ontario means Her Majesty in Right of Ontario, as represented by the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs.

A Doctor must determine the loss of use to be complete and not reversible at the time the claim is submitted.
CESA means the California Endangered Species Act (California Fish and Game Code, §§2050-2115.5) and all regulations promulgated pursuant to that Act.
France means the European and overseas departments of the French Republic including the territorial sea, and any area outside the territorial sea within which, in accordance with international law, the French Republic has sovereign rights for the purpose of exploring and exploiting the natural resources of the seabed and its subsoil and the superjacent waters;
