Algoma Power shall have the right to terminate this Agreement on ten (10) Business Days written notice to the Customer in the event that the Customer fails to respond to any request for information made by Algoma Power (including, but not limited to any request made by Algoma Power for information that the IESO may have requested Algoma Power to provide).
Algoma Power’s written request shall include a brief description of the scope of the Work Revisions and the number of days from receipt of payment and receipt of any information as may be required and requested by Algoma Power in order to be able to perform the Work Revisions that Algoma Power estimates will be required to perform the Work Revisions.
