Formal Site Plan definition

Formal Site Plan means iterations of the Formal Site Plans after the Concept Plan has been approved by the HPDD Review Board. The Formal Site Plans may evolve through the public review process and become more detailed in time.

  • Since the Planning Board meets just once per month and the requirements for holding a full public hearing might be viewed as a burden to the applicant for a minor change in use to existing structures, this regulation defines the process by which a Formal Site Plan Review before the full Planning Board can be waived and replaced with a ''Minor Site Plan Review" by the Zoning Code Enforcement Official (the "Official") and the Chairman of the Planning Board ("Chairman").

  • The RDIC shall distribute copies of the Formal Site Plan within fifteen (15) days of the submission date to the HPDD Review Board, Planning Board, Board of Selectmen, Building Inspector, Department of Public Works, Conservation Commission, Recreation Commission, Board of Health, Fire and Police chiefs for review and comment.

  • Following a review and approval of the Concept Plans by the HPDD Review Board, the applicant shall file ten (10) copies of the Formal Site Plans accompanied by the application form titled "Application for review of Formal Site Plan in HPDD", a detailed Narrative description of the proposal and filing fee of five thousand ($5,000.00) dollars to the HPDD Review Board by delivery to the RDIC.

  • The proposed use is legal as a matter of right for the subject parcel.Though an application may qualify for consideration for a Waiver under this regulation, the Officer or the Chairman may always choose at their discretion to refer the applicant to the Planning Board for a Formal Site Plan Review.

  • Site Plan means a document or map that may be required by a county during a preliminary review preceding the issuance of a building permit to demonstrate that an owner's or developer's proposed development activity meets a land use requirement.

  • Area Plan or “multiyear area plan” means a document, developed in accordance with the uniform area plan format and IAPI issued by the department, that is submitted to the department every four years, with annual updates, by an AAA in order to receive subgrants from the department’s grants.

  • State implementation plan or “SIP” means the plan adopted by the state of Iowa and approved by the Administrator which provides for implementation, maintenance, and enforcement of such primary and secondary ambient air quality standards as they are adopted by the Administrator, pursuant to the Act.

  • Area A means the area marked “Area A” outlined in red on the Plan (excluding that part shaded grey on the Plan);
