Form of Direction definition

Form of Direction means the form which you must complete in order to instruct us to sell or transfer Shares acquired pursuant to the Plan;
Form of Direction means the form of direction accompanying this Circular (for Share Incentive Plan participants who have not elected to receive shareholder communications in electronic form) for use by Share Incentive Plan participants in connection with the General Meeting;
Form of Direction means the form of direction enclosed with this Circular to direct Link Market Services Trustees (Nominees) Limited, as the registered shareholder of Bacanora Canada Shares represented by Depositary Interests, to vote on the holder's behalf at the Annual and Special Meeting, or at any adjourned meeting thereof.

  • If you have sold or transferred all your shares, this booklet and any accompanying documents (but not the personalised Form of Proxy or Form of Direction) should be passed to the person through whom the sale or transfer was made for transmission to the purchaser or transferee.

  • If the Depository Interest Holder is a corporation then the Form of Direction must be executed by a duly authorised person or under its common seal or in a manner authorised by its constitution.

  • Depository Interest Holders who cannot give voting instructions via CREST should complete the enclosed Form of Direction and submit to the Depository.

  • Resolution of Directors means either:

  • Form of Notice of Conversion means the “Form of Notice of Conversion” attached as Attachment 1 to the Form of Note attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Form of Note means the “Form of Note” attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Form of Contract means the document comprising Section 1 of the Contract signed by or on behalf of the Parties confirming their willingness to enter into and be bound by the terms of the Contract.

  • Form of Tender means the form of tender in Part C – Form of Tender to this ITT on which Tenderers are to complete their Tenders;

  • Proper Instruction means a writing signed or initialed by one or more person or persons as the Board shall have from time to time authorized. Each such writing shall set forth the specific transaction or type of transaction involved. Oral instructions will be deemed to be Proper Instructions if (a) FAS reasonably believes them to have been given by a person previously authorized in Proper Instructions to give such instructions with respect to the transaction involved, and (b) the Investment Company, or the Fund, and FAS promptly cause such oral instructions to be confirmed in writing. Proper Instructions may include communications effected directly between electro-mechanical or electronic devices provided that the Investment Company, or the Fund, and FAS are satisfied that such procedures afford adequate safeguards for the Fund's assets. Proper Instructions may only be amended in writing.

  • certificate of competency means a certificate issued by the Washington state board of boiler rules to a person who has passed the tests as set forth in WAC 296-104-050.

  • Account Designation Letter means a letter from the Borrower to the Administrative Agent, duly completed and signed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, listing any one or more accounts to which the Borrower may from time to time request the Administrative Agent to forward the proceeds of any Loans made hereunder.

  • Certificate of Conversion means the Certificate of Conversion of the Company filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware pursuant to Section 18-214(b)(1) of the Act on October 9, 2007, as amended or amended and restated from time to time.

  • Certificate of Compliance means the certificate referred to in Section 3.03 of the Servicing Agreement and substantially in the form of Exhibit E to the Servicing Agreement.
