Dealing Service definition

Dealing Service means the dealing service as described in full in these Conditions through which we will receive share dealing orders from you and transmit these orders on your behalf to other entities for execution;

Examples of Dealing Service in a sentence

  • In respect of the Fractional Dealing Service, Income will be received in respect of whole units, with a corresponding amount being subsequently paid to you on a pro-rata basis to reflect your fractional holding(s), if any.

  • Your Representative may (provided it has signed up to the Fractional Dealing Service) request that your Investment Account be set-up and enabled for the Fractional Dealing Service.

  • With effect from the CSD Member shall be admitted to membership of the CSD Dealing Service on and subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.

  • Any sale instructions received in excess of this amount via the Internet Portal will not be administered and you will be prompted to call the Telephone Share Dealing Service on+▇▇ ( ▇)▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ on Business Days during Market Hours in order to place the instruction.
