Forecast Contractual Consumption definition

Forecast Contractual Consumption means the quantity of Gas it is estimated will be consumed in each Supply Period under the Agreement as calculated by Crown Gas & Power by reference to the FAC and as set out in the Contract Details (or Renewal Details).

  • If requested Crown Gas & Power may, at the Customer`s expense, assist the Customer to offset its carbon emissions as part of a voluntary scheme by purchasing carbon credit(s) or renewable gas guarantees of origin ( RGGOs) to satisfy the Forecast Contractual Consumption (FCC).

  • The Applicant shall restrain pipe upstream and downstream of an isolation valve(s) to allow future pipe removal between the isolation valves.

  • Please note that we only commit to delivering green gas or carbon offsets up to the Forecast Contractual Consumption (FCC) or the agreed percentage detailed on your Agreement.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Standard Contractual Clauses means the clauses attached hereto as Exhibit 1 pursuant to the European Commission’s decision (C(2010)593) of 5 February 2010 on Standard Contractual Clauses for the transfer of personal data to processors established in third countries which do not ensure an adequate level of data protection.

  • gross tonnage means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I to the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969 or any successor Convention.

  • Baseline actual emissions means the rate of emissions, in tons per year, of a regulated NSR pollutant, as determined in accordance with paragraphs (i) through (iv) of this definition.

  • Contractual Services are defined as those specified services established within the OAG approved budget for which the Provider is to be paid upon completion at the set rate also established within the OAG approved budget, as authorized expenditures eligible for payment, or reimbursement pursuant to ARTICLE 9, AUTHORIZED EXPENDITURES, of this Agreement.

  • Contract Quantity means the total number shares, contracts or other units of the Underlying Instrument that the Client is notionally buying or selling;

  • Forecast has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • EU Standard Contractual Clauses means: (i) the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission on 4th June 2021 or (ii) such other standard contractual clauses that are approved by the European Commission for Controller to Processor transfers of Personal Data to a third country which has not received an EU Adequacy Decision (and are subsequently incorporated into the DPA). GDPR means the EU General Data Protection Regulation being Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

  • forecast prices and costs means future prices and costs that are:

  • Actual Uptime means, of the Total Operation Hours, the aggregate number of hours in any month during which each equipment is actually available for use.

  • Offtake Agreement means any refining, smelting, brokering, sale, marketing and/or processing agreement entered into by the Owner or its Affiliates with respect to Minerals produced from the Property;

  • Supply contract means a contract under which a lessor buys or leases goods to be leased.

  • Declared Monthly Consumption means the Declared Monthly Consumption set out in the Acceptance Form for Electricity Supply.

  • service supplier means any person that supplies a service;

  • Service Volume means a measure of Services for which a Performance Target is set.
