Actual Uptime definition

Actual Uptime means, of the Total Operation Hours, the aggregate number of hours in any month during which each equipment is actually available for use.
Actual Uptime means the total minutes in the Service Period that the Hosted Services are Available.
Actual Uptime means the total minutes in the reporting month that the Services were actually available to Authorized Users for normal use.

More Definitions of Actual Uptime

Actual Uptime means the total minutes in the Service Period that the Hosted Services are Available. “Availability” has the meaning set forth in Section 3(a).
