FOP 88 Board definition

FOP 88 Board means the executive officers elected in accordance with the governing by-laws of the Xxx Xxxxx Memorial Lodge 88, Fraternal Order of Police, Inc. “FOP Labor Council, Inc.” means the Indiana Fraternal Order of Police Labor Council, Inc., selected by the members of the bargaining unit to represent them.

  • CPF Board means the Central Provident Fund Board, a body corporate established under the Central Provident Fund Act (Cap. 36);

  • MUSL Board means the governing body of the MUSL, which is comprised of the chief executive officer of each Party Lottery.

  • Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 114;

  • R.S. Board means the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System or any successor thereto.

  • Full Board means the authorized number of voting members of the Board of Education.

  • Special Committee means a committee of the Board of Managers of the Company comprised of two individuals, each of whom qualifies as an Independent Manager.

  • Fund Board means the Board of Trustees of the Fund.

  • Medical Board means the North Carolina Medical Board.

  • Sub-Committee means a committee of a committee created by the board.

  • State Water Board means the State Water Resources Control Board.

  • Academic Board means the Academic Board of the University College established under paragraph 13;

  • Screening Committee means the State level Screening Committee constituted in terms of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of these rules.

  • Audit Committee means the audit committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • former Board means the Board of Reference constituted under Part IV of the former provisions;

  • College board means the state board for community and

  • Governance Committee means the Governance Committee of the Board.
