Food and Beverage Attendant Grade 2 definition

Food and Beverage Attendant Grade 2 means an employee who has not achieved the appropriate level of training and who is engaged in any of the following:

  • Canteen workers shall commence employment at a level not lower than Food and Beverage Attendant Grade 2.

  • A person at Grade 3 would be undertaking similar types of functions to a Food and Beverage Attendant Grade 2.

  • Except for Food and Beverage Attendant Grade 2 and 3, as defined in Clause 7 - Definitions hereof, an employee engaged for two or more hours of one day on duties carrying a higher rate than his ordinary classification shall be paid the higher rate for such day.

For example, an Investment rated “AAA” by S&P and “Aa3” by Xxxxx’x is rated in the Highest Rating Category. If, however, the lower rating is more than one full rating category below the Highest Rating Category of that rating agency, then the Eligible Investment will be deemed to be rated below the Highest Rating Category. For example, an Eligible Investment rated “AAA” by S&P and “A1” by Xxxxx’x is not rated in the Highest Rating Category.

  • Established Grade means that grade established by the City for the particular area in which a sidewalk is to be constructed.
