Floating Rate Indenture definition

Floating Rate Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of April 28, 1998, between UA and State Street Bank and Trust Company of Missouri, N.A., as trustee, relating to the Floating Notes.
Floating Rate Indenture means that certain Indenture, dated the Issue Date, among Parent, Merger Sub and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, as amended or supplemented from time to time.
