First Priority Euro Notes Indentures definition

First Priority Euro Notes Indentures means the indenture, dated as of January 2, 2020, among the Issuer (as successor to Bxxxx Global Escrow Corporation), the First Priority Euro Notes Trustee, and certain other parties thereto, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the requirements thereof and of this Indenture.

  • Senior Notes Indenture means the Indenture for the Senior Notes, dated December 29, 2011, between the Borrower and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee, as the same may be amended, modified, supplemented, replaced or refinanced to the extent not prohibited by this Agreement.
