Development Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.
Development Milestone Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a).
KPI Target means the acceptable performance level for a KPI as set out in each KPI;
Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;
Milk product or "dairy product" means cottage cheese, dry curd cottage cheese, reduced fat cottage cheese, lowfat cottage cheese, cream, light cream, light whipping cream, heavy cream, heavy whipping cream, whipped cream, whipped light cream, sour cream, acidified sour cream, cultured sour cream, half-and-half, sour half-and-half, acidified sour half-and-half, cultured sour half-and-half, reconstituted or recombined milk and milk products, concentrated milk, concentrated milk products, skim milk, lowfat milk, frozen milk concentrate, flavored milk, eggnog, buttermilk, cultured milk, cultured lowfat milk, cultured skim milk, yogurt, lowfat yogurt, nonfat yogurt, acidified milk, acidified lowfat milk, acidified skim milk, low-sodium milk, low-sodium lowfat milk, low-sodium skim milk, lactose-reduced milk, lactose-reduced lowfat milk, lactose-reduced skim milk, aseptically processed and packaged milk, milk products with added safe and suitable microbial organisms, and any other milk product made by the addition or subtraction of milkfat or addition of safe and suitable optional ingredients for protein, vitamin, or mineral fortification. Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter. New Product means the Synology-branded hardware product and Synology-branded accessories contained in the original packaging Customer bought from an authorized Synology distributor or reseller. You may see our “New Product” at Product Support Status.
First Commercial Sale means, with respect to any Licensed Product, the first sale for use or consumption by the general public of such Licensed Product in any country in the Territory after Approval of such Licensed Product has been granted, or such marketing and sale is otherwise permitted, by the Regulatory Authority of such country.
Phase I Clinical Study means a human clinical study of a product, the principal purpose of which is a preliminary determination of safety in healthy individuals or patients, as described in 21 C.F.R. 312.21(a).
Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.
Edible cannabis product means cannabis product that is intended to be used, in whole or in part, for human consumption, including, but not limited to, chewing gum, but excluding products set forth in Division 15 (commencing with Section 32501) of the Food and Agricultural Code. An edible cannabis product is not considered food, as defined by Section 109935 of the Health and Safety Code, or a drug, as defined by Section 109925 of the Health and Safety Code.
U.S. Territory means American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Phase I Clinical Trial means a clinical trial conducted in healthy humans or patients, which clinical trial is designed to establish the safety, drug-drug interactions and/or pharmacokinetics of an investigational drug given its intended use, and to support continued testing of such drug in Phase II Clinical Trials.
Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
Pivotal Clinical Trial means, with respect to a Licensed Product, (a) a phase 3 Clinical Trial or (b) any other clinical trial that is intended (as of the time the study is initiated) to obtain the results and data to support (without the need to conduct any additional clinical trial) the filing of an application for Regulatory Approval for such product.
Phase 2 Clinical Trial means a human clinical trial of a product in any country that would satisfy the requirements of 21 C.F.R. 312.21(b) and is intended to explore a variety of doses, dose response, and duration of effect, and to generate initial evidence of clinical safety and activity in a target patient population, or a similar clinical study prescribed by the relevant Regulatory Authorities in a country other than the United States.
Phase 4 Clinical Trial means a Clinical Trial of a Product conducted after Regulatory Approval of such Product has been obtained from an appropriate Regulatory Authority, which trial is (a) conducted voluntarily by a Party to enhance marketing or scientific knowledge of the Product, or (b) conducted due to a request or requirement of a Regulatory Authority.
Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 8.4.
Commercial Launch means the initial First Commercial Sale of a Product in the Territory.
WTO GPA country end product means an article that—
Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.
Commercial Sale means for a given product and country the sale for value of that product by a Party (or, as the case may be, by an Affiliate or permitted sublicensee of a Party), to a Third Party after regulatory approval (if necessary) has been obtained for such product in such country.
Phase III Clinical Study means a human clinical study of a product on a sufficient number of subjects that is designed to establish that such product is safe and efficacious for its intended use, and to determine warnings, precautions, and adverse reactions that are associated with such product in the dosage range to be prescribed, which trial is intended to support Regulatory Approval of such product, as described in 21 C.F.R. 312.21(c). 1.185. Major Market Countries means the United States, Japan, England, Germany, France, Italy and Spain.
First Indication means the first disease condition for which a particular Licensed Product has been approved by a Regulatory Authority.
Marihuana-infused product means a topical formulation, tincture, beverage, edible substance, or similar product containing marihuana and other ingredients and that is intended for human consumption.
Phase II Clinical Study means a human clinical study of a product initiated to determine the safety and efficacy in the target patient population, as described 21 C.F.R. 312.21(b).
