Fire Station Site definition

Fire Station Site means a parcel of sufficient size, configuration and location, which is suitable for the operation of a fire station company. A Fire Station Site shall be not less than 1.5 net acres and not more than 2.0 net acres.
Fire Station Site means property owned or controlled by the City at the southwest corner of Grand Teton and Hualapai.
Fire Station Site has the meaning set forth in Section 12.7 of this Agreement.
