Farm Tires definition

Farm Tires means the tires described in Goodyear’s Farm Tire Handbook 2003 (excluding the specific tires set forth on Schedule A of the Purchase Agreement) and the additional tires listed on Schedule B of the Purchase Agreement. Copies of those schedules are attached hereto as Exhibit C.
Farm Tires means the tires described in Goodyear’s Farm Tire Handbook 2003 (the “Farm Tire Handbook”), excluding therefrom the tires described in Schedule 2.2(p)(i) hereto.
Farm Tires shall have the meaning assigned such term in the Recitals.

X. Xxxxx is the owner of the Owned Real Property (as defined herein) used in connection with the Business. D.   • Farm products means goods, other than standing timber, with respect to which the debtor is engaged in a farming operation and which are:

  • Farm use means used in farming, including use in a tractor or other farm machines used directly in farming, in a furnace heating a farm building, in providing lighting in farm buildings, and use in operating motors of machines used directly in farming.

  • Furniture means articles of which wood, reeds, rattan, cane, seagrass or metal comprise the whole or part and such as are usually made or assembled by cabinet makers, assemblers in the furnishing trades, chair and couch makers, upholsterers, wood carvers, or wood turners; and

  • Air pollution control equipment means a mechanism, device, or contrivance used to control or prevent air pollution, that is not, aside from air pollution control laws and administrative regulations, vital to production of the normal product of the source or to its normal operation.
