Fabricated Parts definition

Fabricated Parts means certain fabricated and other parts relating to the Products which are identified in Schedule 7.9.

  • The City will not be obligated to pay for any Contract for Inspection, Fabricated Parts and Repair Services for Small Centrifugal Pumps and Turbines provided which were non-compliant with the terms and conditions of this Contract.

Related to Fabricated Parts

  • Raw Materials means all raw materials, supplies, components and packaging necessary to manufacture and ship the Product in accordance with the Specifications, as provided in Exhibit A, but not including the API.
