Extraordinary Charges definition

Extraordinary Charges means those costs for requests for construction or maintenance that are beyond what is ordinary, average, usual or normal in degree or measure based upon the terms, conditions, and rates established in this Attachment. Extraordinary costs are one-time expenses AT&T-21STATE incurs to meet the specific request of an individual Collocator and will not typically benefit either other CLECs or AT&T-21STATE.
Extraordinary Charges means assessments for expenses not covered by formula.
Extraordinary Charges means any costs (i) related to extended government inspections, including due to extraordinary customs inspections, material testing holds, and associated container detention charges (ii) extraordinary cleaning or repairs from events beyond ordinary course of business not caused by Buyer and (iii) unusual transportation charges incurred by Seller due to the need to accommodate customers beyond normal distance of ultimate consignees that are agreed in advance by Buyer.
