Extensive Remodel definition

Extensive Remodel means any project that replaces all or most building space heating, water heating, cooling, ventilation and lighting equipment and replaces all or most of exterior-facing wall and ceilings in accordance to standards established by the Administrator.
Extensive Remodel means construction in a food service establishment requiring a building permit or plumbing permit, except for signs and fences.
