EXPENSES LOAN AGREEMENT means an expenses loan agreement dated of even date herewith between the Issuer, the Note Trustee and Barclays Bank PLC;
EXPENSES LOAN AGREEMENT means an expenses loan agreement dated on or about the Signing Date between the Issuer as borrower, the Expenses Loan Provider and the Cash Administrator;
EXPENSES LOAN AGREEMENT means the loan agreement entered into on or about the Issue Date between the Issuer and the Expenses Loan Provider, as from time to time modified in accordance with the provisions therein contained and including any agreement or other document expressed to be supplemental thereto.

EXPENSES LOAN AGREEMENT means the agreement so named dated [*] June 2005 and made between the Transferor (in its capacity as lender), the Series 05-1 Issuer (as borrow) and the Security Trustee;

EXPENSES LOAN AGREEMENT means any expenses loan drawing by or on behalf of the Issuer in respect of any costs and expenses and other shortfalls payable on the Closing Date and related to the issue of the Series 2006-2 Related Debt; ‘‘Finance Period’’ shall mean, with respect to any Payment Date, the period from and including the Payment Date immediately preceding such Payment Date (or in the case of the first Payment Date, from and including the Closing Date) to but excluding such Payment Date Provided, however, that with respect to a Finance Period that commences during the Revolving Period or the Controlled Accumulation Period 30 Table of Contents and ends during the Regulated Amortisation Period or the Rapid Amortisation Period (as applicable), such Finance Period will end on the originally scheduled Payment Date;
EXPENSES LOAN AGREEMENT means the agreement dated on or around the date hereof among RBS, the Issuer and the Note Trustee whereby RBS makes available an expenses loan to the Issuer in respect of each Series;
EXPENSES LOAN AGREEMENT means the agreement so named dated [2] December 2004 and made between the Transferor (in its capacity as lender), the Series 04-2 Issuer (as borrower) and the Security Trustee;
EXPENSES LOAN AGREEMENT means the agreement so named dated [ ] 2003 and made between the Transferor (in its capacity as lender), the Series 03-3 Issuer (as borrow) and the Security Trustee;
EXPENSES LOAN AGREEMENT means an expenses loan agreement dated of even date herewith between the Issuer, the Note Trustee and Barclays Bank PLC; "Extraordinary Resolution" has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Tenth Schedule;
