Expense Reserve definition

Expense Reserve has the meaning specified in Section 12.5.
Expense Reserve means a reserve to be established by the Debtor on the Effective Date to be utilized by the Plan Administrator in accordance with the Wind Down Budget to effectuate the liquidation and distribution of the remaining Assets hereunder in accordance with the Plan. The Expense Reserve shall include (i) the POCI Contribution, and (ii) the $50,000 authorized to be used pursuant to paragraph nine of the POCI Settlement.
Expense Reserve means the reserve established pursuant to Section 6.13 of the Plan.
