Expected Growth Rate definition

Expected Growth Rate means the annual rate of increase applied on a daily basis to increase the Unit Prices of the Funds and corresponding Accounts of the PruFund Range of Funds. The Expected Growth Rate is set by the Directors of PAC and may vary between Funds. See Part 4, Condition 4.3.
Expected Growth Rate means the annual rate of increase (which may be zero but will never be negative) applied on a daily basis to increase Unit Prices in the PruFund Funds and Accounts as explained in Clause 7 (The PruFund Funds). The Expected Growth Rate may vary by fund.

  • This Expected Growth Rate will continue to be set on each PruFund Quarter Date and will apply to the Accounts during the period of suspension.

  • In the special case where dividends are assumed to grow at a constant rate forever, we get the classic stable growth (Gordon) model:Value of equity = Expected Dividends Next Period (Required Return on Equity - Expected Growth Rate) This is essentially the present value of dividends growing at a constant rate.

  • SBI 1 Year MCLR Rate means 1 year Marginal Cost of Funds Based Lending Rate (MCLR) fixed by State Bank of India (SBI) / any replacement thereof by SBI for the time being in effect applicable for 1 year period, as on 1st April of the respective financial year in accordance with regulations and guidelines of Reserve Bank of India. In absence of such rate, any other arrangement that substitutes such rate as mutually agreed to by the Parties.

  • Adjusted EPS means earnings per share further adjusted for share-based payments, amortization of acquired intangible assets, items outside the normal scope of our ordinary activities (including other items, within selling, general and administrative expenses, losses/(gains) on items held at fair value and remeasurements through profit and loss, impairment losses on tangible assets, and impairment losses on intangible assets) and the related tax effects of these adjustments.   • Adjusted LIBOR Rate means, at any time with respect to any LIBOR Loan, a rate per annum equal to the LIBOR Rate as in effect at such time plus the Applicable Margin Percentage for LIBOR Loans as in effect at such time.

  • Lowest achievable emission rate or “LAER” means, for any source, the more stringent rate of emissions based on the following:

  • Adjusted gross income means that term as defined in section 62 of the internal revenue code of 1986.

  • Floating Profit/Loss means current profit/loss on Open Positions calculated at the current Quotes.

  • Defined Contribution Dollar Limitation means, for any Limitation Year, $46,000, as adjusted for increases in the cost-of-living under Code section 415(d). If a short Limitation Year is created because of a Plan amendment changing the Limitation Year to a different 12-consecutive month period, the Defined Contribution Dollar Limitation for the short Limitation Year will not exceed the amount determined in the preceding sentence multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of months in the short Limitation Year and the denominator of which is 12.

  • Index Determination Date means, in relation to any Index, a date on which such Indexfalls to be determined in accordance with the Conditions;

  • Applicable Measurement Period means the most recently completed four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Issuer immediately preceding the Applicable Calculation Date for which internal financial statements are available.

  • Adjusted Total turnover means the turnover in a State or a Union territory, as defined under sub-section (112) of section 2, excluding the value of exempt supplies other than zero-rated supplies, during the relevant period;

  • Adjusted LIBO Rate means, with respect to any Eurodollar Borrowing for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal to (a) the LIBO Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserve Rate.

  • Company action level event means any of the following events:

  • ECB Recommended Rate Index Cessation Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events:

  • Net After-Tax Benefit means the Present Value of a Payment net of all federal state and local income, employment and excise taxes imposed on Executive with respect thereto, determined by applying the highest marginal rate(s) applicable to an individual for Executive’s taxable year in which the Change in Control occurs.

  • Final Average Earnings means (a) divided by (b) as follows:

  • CAGR means compound annual growth rate;

  • Baseline Period means the 12-month period immediately preceding October 30, 2016.
