Existing Term Notes. As defined in the Recitals.

Existing Term Notes means the Term Notes of the Borrower delivered to the Existing Lenders under the Existing Credit Agreement.

More Definitions of Existing Term Notes

Existing Term Notes shall be the collective reference to the Term Notes referred to in, and defined under, the Existing Credit Agreement.
