Existing Senior Subordinated Securities means the 6 5/8% Notes, the 6 3/4% Notes, the 7 1/4% Notes, the 7 1/2% Notes, the 8% Notes, the Second 8% Notes, the 8 3/8% Notes and the 8 3/4% Notes (so long as each or any one such series of notes remains outstanding).
