Existing Second Lien Indentures means the Existing 2021 Second Lien Indenture, the Existing 2022 Second Lien Indenture and the Existing 2024 Second Lien Indenture.
Existing Second Lien Indentures means, collectively, (i) the indenture dated as of May 10, 2016 governing the Company’s 9% Senior Secured Second Lien Notes due 2021, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, (ii) the indenture dated as of December 6, 2017 governing the Company’s 9¼% Senior Secured Second Lien Notes due 2022, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time and (iii) the indenture dated as of August 21, 2018 governing the Company’s 7½% Senior Secured Second Lien Notes due 2024, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Existing Second Lien Indentures means (i) that certain Indenture, dated as of May 20, 2014, by and among the Borrower, the subsidiaries of the Borrower party thereto and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee and collateral agent (the Existing Second Lien Notes Trustee”) and (ii) that certain Indenture, dated as of March 23, 2015, by and among the Borrower, the subsidiaries of the Borrower party thereto and the Existing Second Lien Notes Trustee, as trustee and series B collateral agent, pursuant to which indentures the Borrower issued the 2020 Second Lien Notes.

Existing Second Lien Indentures means, collectively, (i) the indenture dated as of May 10, 2016 governing the Company’s 9% Senior Secured Second Lien Notes due 2021, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time and (ii) the indenture dated as of December 6, 2017 governing the Company’s 9¼% Senior Secured Second Lien Notes due 2022, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Second Lien Indenture means that certain indenture, dated as of October 20, 2016, among the Company, the guarantors from time to time party thereto and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee and notes collateral agent, relating to the 9.5% Senior Secured Second Lien Notes due 2022 of the Company, as amended, supplemented, restated, converted, exchanged, replaced or modified from time to time;

  • Existing Indentures means (a) the Indenture with respect to the Target Company’s 1.5% Convertible Senior Notes due 2017, dated as of August 25, 2010, by and between the Target Company and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. and (b) the Indenture with respect to the Target Company’s 0.5% Convertible Senior Notes due 2020, dated as of October 29, 2013, by and between the Target Company and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. (each as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time prior to the date hereof).

  • Existing Senior Notes Indentures means, the indentures governing the Existing Senior Notes, each as may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
