Existing Official definition

Existing Official means any person who is in office as an Official.
Existing Official means a person appointed or elected as an Official to a "Level 1", "Level 2" or “Level 3” position as described in Rule 8.6.
Existing Official means any person who is in office as a World Athletics Official at the time they become a Candidate.

  • The role of the Vetting Panel is to decide if an Applicant or Existing Official is Eligible to be, or remain in office as, an Official in accordance with the Constitution, the Rules and Regulations.

  • A person seeking election or applying to be an Official (Applicant), or to remain in office as an Official (Existing Official), shall be Eligible.

  • Building Official means that person, or designee, certified by the State and designated as such to administer the State Building Codes for the City.

The Principal Investigator plays a lead role in ensuring that management and use of controlled-access data remains consistent with the terms in the Data Use Certification Agreement. To be able to submit a DAR, a Principal Investigator must be designated as such by their institution in eRA Commons and be a permanent employee of their institution at a level equivalent to a tenure-track professor or senior scientist with responsibilities that most likely include laboratory administration and oversight.

  • Reviewing official means the individual who shall make the trustworthiness and reliability determination of an individual to determine whether the individual may have, or continue to have, unescorted access to the Category 1 or Category 2 quantities of radioactive materials that are possessed by the licensee.

  • Team Official means any person involved with the management, preparation or participation of a team (whether paid or unpaid), including the coaches, managers, medical staff, other support staff or any other person acting for or on behalf of a Club;

  • Party official means any person who holds an elective or appointive post in a political party in the United States or this state, by virtue of which the person directs, conducts, or participates in directing or conducting party affairs at any level of responsibility.

  • Approving Officer means Richard S. Pzena, John P. Goetz, Ben Silver, Allison Fisch, or designee.

  • Code Official means the Code Enforcement Officer, anyone fulfilling the duties of the Code Enforcement Officer on either a temporary or permanent basis, or any designee of the City Manager, the Director of the Department of Planning and Development Services, or the Code Enforcement Officer.

  • Issuing Office means such office as Issuing Lender shall designate as its Issuing Office.

  • Election official means any election officer, election judge, or poll worker.

  • Purchasing Officer means the director of the Purchasing Office and the principle recipient of procurement authority from the City Manager.

  • Screening Officer means a person appointed to that position under this bylaw.
