Management Official definition

Management Official means General Manager, Manager, President, or Chief Executive Officer.
Management Official means an individual employed by an agency in a position the duties and responsibilities of which require or authorize the individual to formulate, determine, or influence the policies of the agency;
Management Official shall refer to service of any type which gives the undersigned the authority to participate, directly or indirectly, in policy-making functions of the financial institution.
