Existing Mortgage Debt definition

Existing Mortgage Debt means (i) the Loan Agreement dated as of January 28, 2014 between LTF Real Estate CMBS II, LLC and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, (ii) the Promissory Note, dated as of February 12, 2013 between LTF Real Estate MP I, LLC and ING Life Insurance and Annuity Company, (iii) the Promissory Note, dated as of August 23, 2013 between LTF Real Estate XX XX, LLC and ING Life Insurance and Annuity Company, and (iv) the Promissory Note, dated as of July 29, 2014 between LTF Real Estate MP III, LLC and ING Life Insurance and Annuity Company.
Existing Mortgage Debt means any Indebtedness outstanding on the ---------------------- Second Amendment and Restatement Effective Date secured by a Lien on Real Property other than the Obligations and Indebtedness under the Senior Credit Facilities.
Existing Mortgage Debt means Indebtedness secured by real property, as described on Schedule 1.01(b) hereto.

Examples of Existing Mortgage Debt in a sentence

  • Estoppel letters shall have been received from each lender under the Existing Mortgage Debt encumbering such Property in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Regency.

  • The documents described on Schedule 1.1.40 are all of the loan documents executed in connection with such Existing Mortgage Debt of such Property Entity, Joint Venture or Midland Affiliate, and such documents have not been modified or amended except as noted thereon.

More Definitions of Existing Mortgage Debt

Existing Mortgage Debt means the mortgage debt granted by Swedbank in relation to the properties located in Estonia (including any extension or refinancing of such mortgage debt).
Existing Mortgage Debt means (i) any Indebtedness outstanding (including incurred on such date in the case of the CMBS Facility) on the Effective Date secured by a Lien on Real Property and (ii) Indebtedness under the Mezzanine Facility.

Existing Mortgage Debt shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(c) herein.
Existing Mortgage Debt means those certain existing ---------------------- mortgages, as more particularly described on Schedule 17 attached hereto as the same may be modified, amended or supplemented, which Existing Mortgage Debt encumbers 600 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, 00 Xxxx 23/rd/ Street, 400 Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx and 20 Xxxx 00xx Xxxxxx.
