Existing Library definition

Existing Library means any program or movie to which Licensor (or its Affiliates) owns or has obtained the rights to in the Media in the Territory as of March 31, 2002 each of which is set forth on Schedule 2.1(a) hereto.
Existing Library means the Existing Playboy Library, the Existing Spice Library, and the Existing U.K. Library.
Existing Library means the database comprising the library of Epitopes existing as of the Closing Date, which Epitopes are claimed or disclosed in the Patents identified on Schedule 1.27(ii) and any abandoned parent applications of any Patents listed therein.

More Definitions of Existing Library

Existing Library means all Programs for which Licensor (and/or its Affiliates) owns or has obtained the rights in the Media in the Territory which were delivered to and/or used by the Company on or before December 31, 2009.
Existing Library means those Motion Pictures presently owned by LIVE or represented by LIVE as Agent which have heretofore been released, exhibited, or otherwise commercially Exploited by LIVE.

  • Collective Work means a work, such as a periodical issue, anthology or encyclopedia, in which the Work in its entirety in unmodified form, along with a number of other contributions, constituting separate and independent works in themselves, are assembled into a collective whole. A work that constitutes a Collective Work will not be considered a Derivative Work (as defined below) for the purposes of this License.

  • Joint Know-How has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.2.
