Existing Home definition

Existing Home means any residential dwelling which has been occupied and is not considered new construction.

Existing Home means a residential building that was built for the purpose of housing an individual and is occupied or has been previously occupied.

A family farm corporation does not cease to qualify under this division where, by reason of any devise, bequest, or the operation of the laws of descent or distribution, the ownership of shares of voting stock is transferred to another person, as long as that person is within the degree of kinship stipulated in this division.

  • care home means a residential complex that is occupied or intended to be occupied by persons for the purpose of receiving care services, whether or not receiving the services is the primary purpose of the occupancy; (“maison de soins”)
