Executive Supplemental Pension Program Benefit definition

Executive Supplemental Pension Program Benefit means the Participants’ collective nonqualified pension benefit accrued under the KeyCorp Executive Supplemental Pension Plan and KeyCorp Second Executive Supplemental Pension Plan, subject to the terms and conditions of each respective Plan.

Examples of Executive Supplemental Pension Program Benefit in a sentence

  • Upon the death of a Participant meeting eligibility requirements for an Excess Pension Program Benefit and the eligibility requirements for an Executive Supplemental Pension Program Benefit there shall be paid to the Participant’s Beneficiary the larger of the two Programs’ death benefit.

  • Unless otherwise previously elected by the Participant, a Participant who meets the eligibility requirements for an Excess Pension Program Benefit and who also meets the eligibility requirements for an Executive Supplemental Pension Program Benefit, shall automatically be provided the larger of the two Program benefits (i.e. the greater of the Participant’s Excess Pension Program Benefit or the Participant’s Executive Supplemental Pension Program Benefit).

  • Upon the death of a Participant meeting eligibility requirements for an Excess Pension Program Benefit and the eligibility requirements for an Executive Supplemental Pension Program Benefit there shall be paid to the Participant's Beneficiary the larger of the two Programs' death benefit.

  • A Participant who meets the eligibility requirements for an Excess Pension Program Benefit and who also meets the eligibility requirements for an Executive Supplemental Pension Program Benefit, shall automatically be provided at the Participant's Termination the larger of the two Program benefits (i.e. the greater of the Participant's Excess Pension Program Benefit or the Participant's Executive Supplemental Pension Program Benefit).

  • A Participant who meets the eligibility requirements for an Executive Supplemental Pension Program Benefit and who is also eligible for an Excess Pension Program Benefit shall automatically be provided at the Participant's termination the larger of the two Program benefits (i.e. the greater of the Participant's Excess Pension Program Benefit or the Executive Supplemental Pension Program Benefit).

Related to Executive Supplemental Pension Program Benefit

  • Supplemental Benefit means the monthly benefit payable to the Executive under this Agreement.

  • Supplemental Retirement Benefit means the benefit determined under Article V of this Plan.

  • Company Pension Plan means each: (a) Company Employee Plan that is an “employee pension benefit plan,” within the meaning of Section 3(2) of ERISA; or (b) other occupational pension plan, including any final salary or money purchase plan.

  • Death Benefit means the insurance amount payable under the Certificate at death of the Insured, subject to all Certificate provisions dealing with changes in the amount of insurance and reductions or termination for age or retirement. It does not include any amount that is only payable in the event of Accidental Death.

  • Non-U.S. Benefit Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.20(a).

  • Pension Benefit means a pension, annuity, gratuity or similar allowance which is payable—

  • Plan Benefit means the benefit payable to a Participant as calculated in Article V.

  • Parent Benefit Plan means any Employee Benefit Plan maintained by, sponsored by or contributed to by, or obligated to be contributed to by any Parent Group Entity.

  • Supplemental Retirement Plan means (i) the Company’s Amended and Restated Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan, (ii) the Company’s Supplemental Management Retirement Plan, (iii) the Company’s Amended and Restated Top Hat Restoration Plan, and (iv) the Company’s Defined Contribution Restoration Plan.

  • Termination Benefit means the benefit set forth in Article 7.

  • Public benefit means making capital available, or facilitating the availability of capital, to businesses in this state that have 750 or fewer employees, the intent of which is to create or retain employment opportunities for residents of this state, stabilize or increase the tax base of this state, or support the redevelopment of facilities for use by small businesses.

  • SERP has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5(c) hereof.

  • Retirement Benefit means the benefit set forth in Article 5.

  • Canadian Defined Benefit Pension Plan means a Canadian Pension Plan that contains or has ever contained a “defined benefit provision” as such term is defined in Section 147.1(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada).

  • Parent Benefit Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 5.07(b).

  • Retirement Plans means the retirement income, supplemental executive retirement, excess benefits and retiree medical, life and similar benefit plans providing retirement perquisites, benefits and service credit for benefits at least as great in the aggregate as are payable thereunder prior to a Change in Control;

  • Basic Plan means as to any Member or Vested Former Member the defined benefit pension plan of the Company or an Affiliated Employer intended to meet the requirements of Code Section 401(a) pursuant to which retirement benefits are payable to such Member or Vested Former Member or to the Surviving Spouse or designated beneficiary of a deceased Member or Vested Former Member.

  • Pension program means the defined benefit pension program of the Oregon Public Service

  • Normal Retirement Benefit means an annual benefit payment in the amount of Sixty-Six Thousand Three Hundred and Seventy-Three Dollars ($66,373.00) for a period of fifteen (15) years.

  • Canadian Benefit Plan means any plan, fund, program or policy, whether oral or written, formal or informal, funded or unfunded, insured or uninsured, providing employee benefits, including medical, hospital care, dental, sickness, accident, disability, life insurance, pension, retirement or savings benefits, under which any Loan Party has any liability with respect to any of its employees or former employees employed in Canada, and includes any Canadian Pension Plan.

  • Net death benefit means the amount of the life insurance policy or certificate to be settled less any outstanding debts or liens.

  • Pre-Retirement Survivor Benefit means the benefit set forth in Article 6.

  • Annual Benefit means an annual sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) multiplied by the Applicable Percentage (defined below) and then reduced to the extent required: (i) under the other provisions of this Agreement; (ii) by reason of the lawful order of any regulatory agency or body having jurisdiction over the Employer; and (iii) in order for the Employer to properly comply with any and all applicable state and federal laws, including, but not limited to, income, employment and disability income tax laws (eg., FICA, FUTA, SDI).

  • Benefit Continuation Period means the period beginning on the Date of Termination and ending on the last day of the month in which occurs the earlier of (i) the 24-month anniversary of the Date of Termination and (ii) the date on which you elect coverage for you and your covered dependents under substantially comparable benefit plans of a subsequent employer.
