Executive Equityholders means the individuals set forth on Section 1.1(a) of the Disclosure Letter.

Managing Member means CEF Equipment Holding, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company or any successor Managing Member under the Issuer Limited Liability Company Agreement.

Executive Management means the CEO and the CFO for purposes of administering this Plan.
