Exchange Cash Collateral. As defined in Section 7.11(b).
Exchange Cash Collateral. With respect to any Mortgaged Property which has been released pursuant to Section 7.01(a), an amount provided by the Issuers that is free and clear of all Liens in an amount equal to the Net Release Price thereof that is deposited into the Exchange Reserve Account.

Examples of Exchange Cash Collateral in a sentence

  • With respect to each such Exchange, STORE Capital shall deposit or cause to be deposited into the Exchange Reserve Account, Exchange Cash Collateral in accordance with this Section 7.11.

  • With respect to each such Exchange, the Issuer Manager shall deposit or cause to be deposited into the Exchange Reserve Account, Exchange Cash Collateral in accordance with this Section 35.

  • If an Early Amortization Event has occurred and is continuing, all Exchange Cash Collateral on deposit in the Exchange Reserve Account shall be transferred to the Collection Account as Unscheduled Proceeds and applied as Unscheduled Principal Payments on the Payment Date following the commencement of such Early Amortization Event.

  • Class A Cash Collateral Account means, in respect of the Class A Liquidity Facility, an Eligible Deposit Account in the name of the Subordination Agent maintained at an Eligible Institution, which shall be the Subordination Agent if it so qualifies, into which amounts shall be deposited as referred to in Section 3.05(f).

  • L/C Cash Collateral Account means any Cash Collateral Account (a) specifically designated as such by the Borrower in a notice to the Administrative Agent and (b) from and after the effectiveness of such notice, not containing any funds other than those required under the Loan Documents to be placed therein.

  • LC Commitment Amount means $600,000,000 as the same may be reduced permanently from time to time pursuant to Section 2.08.

  • Cash Collateralized shall have meanings correlative to the foregoing and shall include the proceeds of such cash collateral and other credit support.

  • LC Obligations means, as at any date of determination, the aggregate amount available to be drawn under all outstanding Letters of Credit plus the aggregate of all Unreimbursed Amounts, including all L/C Borrowings. For purposes of computing the amount available to be drawn under any Letter of Credit, the amount of such Letter of Credit shall be determined in accordance with Section 1.06.   • Available Reserve Account Amount means, for any Transfer Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account (exclusive of Investment Earnings on such date and before giving effect to any deposit to, or withdrawal from, the Reserve Account made or to be made with respect to such date) and (b) the Required Reserve Account Amount, in each case on such Transfer Date.
