Cash Collateral Order definition

Cash Collateral Order means an order entered by the Bankruptcy Court authorizing the Company to use cash collateral on a final (as opposed to interim) basis pursuant to sections 361 and 363 of the Bankruptcy Code, which order shall be acceptable to the Investor and shall contain a cash budget that is similar in all material respects to the budget attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Cash Collateral Order means the Final Order (A) Authorizing Use of Cash Collateral for Texas Competitive Electric Holdings Company LLC and Certain of its Debtor Affiliates, (B) Granting Adequate Protection, and (C) Modifying the Automatic Stay [D.I. 855].

Cash Collateral Order means any order entered in the Chapter 11 Cases authorizing the use of cash collateral (whether interim or final).
