Evidence-based home visiting model definition

Evidence-based home visiting model means utilizing a model that has been determined evidence-based by the Ohio department of health (ODH), and/or the office of planning, research, and evaluation in the administration for children and families, United States department of health and human services or its successor.
Evidence-based home visiting model means a service delivery model designated by the U.S. department of health and human services which meets at least one of the following criteria:

  • CAISO-Approved Meter means any revenue quality, electric energy measurement meter furnished by Seller, that (a) is designed, manufactured and installed in accordance with the CAISO’s metering requirements, or, to the extent that the CAISO’s metering requirements do not apply, Prudent Electrical Practices, and (b) includes all of the associated metering transformers and related appurtenances that are required in order to measure the net electric energy output from the Generating Facility.

  • 100-year flood means a flood that has a 1-percent or greater chance of recurring in any given year or a flood of a magnitude equalled or exceeded once in 100 years on the average over a significantly long period.

  • Incurrence-Based Amounts has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.07(b).

  • Bloomberg Screen SOFRRATE Page means the Bloomberg screen designated “SOFRRATE” or any successor page or service;

  • Master Meter means the meter controlled by the licensed distributor and used for settlement of the master bill with the master consumer;

  • Performance-Based Award means any Restricted Stock Award, Restricted Stock Units, Performance Share Award or Cash-Based Award granted to a Covered Employee that is intended to qualify as “performance-based compensation” under Section 162(m) of the Code and the regulations promulgated thereunder.

  • Report-based Disbursements means the Borrower’s option for withdrawal of funds from the Credit Account referred to in Part A.5 of Schedule 1 to this Agreement;

  • Qualified Performance-Based Award means an Award intended to qualify for the Section 162(m) Exemption, as provided in Section 11.

  • Performance-Based Awards means the Performance Share Awards and Restricted Stock Awards granted to selected Covered Employees pursuant to Articles 9 and 10, but which are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in Article 11. All Performance-Based Awards are intended to qualify as "performance-based compensation" under Section 162(m) of the Code.

  • Prime-based Rate means, for any day, that rate of interest which is equal to the sum of the Applicable Margin plus the greater of (i) the Prime Rate, and (ii) the Alternate Base Rate.

  • Risk-Based Capital Guidelines means (i) the risk-based capital guidelines in effect in the United States on the date of this Agreement, including transition rules, and (ii) the corresponding capital regulations promulgated by regulatory authorities outside the United States implementing the July 1988 report of the Basle Committee on Banking Regulation and Supervisory Practices Entitled "International Convergence of Capital Measurements and Capital Standards," including transition rules, and any amendments to such regulations adopted prior to the date of this Agreement.

  • Book-Based System means a system for the central handling of securities or equivalent book-based entries under which all securities of a class or series deposited within the system are treated as fungible and may be transferred or pledged by bookkeeping entry without physical delivery;

  • Qualified Census Tract means any Census tract which is designated by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development as having 50 percent or more of the households at an income level which is less than 60 percent of the Area Gross Median Income in accordance with Section 42(d)(5) of the Code.

  • SOFR-Based Rate means SOFR or Term SOFR.
