eTRAN  Application definition

eTRAN  Application means the eTRAN Workstation software application licensed hereunder by Custodian to be downloaded by Customer that will enable Customer to access and use the eTRAN System via an Internet connection, a dedicated line or a direct dial-up connection.

  • Loan Application is defined in Section 5.16(a).

  • Written application or "written election" means a written instrument, prescribed by the board

  • Server Application means an application developed by Licensee that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) allows more than one user to Use the Runtime Product through any middle tier application(s), and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.   • Mobile Application means a specialized software program downloaded onto a wireless communication device.

  • Date of application means the ef- fective date of an Application for Com- pensation filed with A.I.D. pursuant to§ 204.21 of this part.

  • FCC Applications has the meaning specified in Section 5.3(a).

  • Project Application means the federal Section 5311 capital assistance project application submitted by the County to, and as approved by the Commissioner for the Project described in Appendix C of this Agreement, including all project supporting information submitted therewith.

  • Third Party Applications means online, Web-based applications and offline software products that are provided by third parties and are identified as third-party applications, including but not limited to those listed on the AppExchange and the Reseller Application.

  • Renewal Application means a document used to collect pertinent data for renewal of permits

  • Marketing Authorization Application or “MAA” means an application for Regulatory Approval (but excluding Pricing Approval) in any particular jurisdiction other than the U.S.
