ESEP Specification definition

ESEP Specification means at any particular time the specification entitled "ESEP Specification" initialled by or on behalf of the parties on or before the date of this Deed, as may be changed under clause 7.7.

  • Any such notice is not to be taken as a change to the ESEP Specification for the purposes of this Deed.
