Escrow Release Notice and Direction means the notice to be provided to the Subscription Receipt Agent, substantially in the form set forth in Schedule “B”, executed by the Corporation and the Lead Underwriters, on behalf of the Underwriters, certifying that the Escrow Release Condition has been satisfied.

  • Escrow Release Date means the date of the Escrow Release.

  • Notice-triggering Personal Information means the personal information identified in Civil Code section 1798.29 whose unauthorized access may trigger notification requirements under Civil Code section 1798.29.   • New Release means new releases, updates or versions of the Software made generally available by SAP through unrestricted shipment pursuant to SAP Support after the Effective Date of the Agreement.
