Equipment Rental Amount definition

Equipment Rental Amount means the monthly Equipment rental amount payable by You to the Bank as reflected on Your Statement;
Equipment Rental Amount means the monthly rental amount payable by You to the Bank as agreed upon in the Merchant Agreement and the Schedule of Fees and/or Charges and any other Schedule and/or Annexure attached hereto;
Equipment Rental Amount means the monthly rental amount payable by You to the Bank as agreed upon in the Offer and Acceptance Letter, subsequent pricing reviews communicated to you and the Schedule of Fees and/or Charges and any other Schedule and/or Annexure attached hereto;

Related to Equipment Rental Amount

  • Incremental Amount means, at any time, the excess, if any, of (a) $200.0 million over (b) the aggregate amount of all Incremental Term Loan Commitments and Incremental Revolving Facility Commitments established prior to such time pursuant to Section 2.21.

  • Supplemental Amount The amount deposited in the Supplemental Loan Account on the Closing Date, which shall equal $0.00.

  • Fixed Incremental Amount means (i) the greater of $920,000,000 and 100% of Consolidated EBITDA as of the last day of the most recently ended Test Period minus (ii) the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Incremental Facilities, Incremental Equivalent Debt and/or Indebtedness incurred pursuant to Section 7.03(r)(ii)(A), in each case incurred or issued in reliance on this definition.

  • Initial Amount means, with respect to the Proposition 1A Receivable, the amount of property tax revenue reallocated away from the Seller pursuant to the provisions of Section 100.06 of the Revenue and Taxation Code, as certified by the County Auditor pursuant to the Act.

  • Available Incremental Amount has the meaning specified in Section 2.14(4)(c).

  • Base Rental means the amount of rent due to Landlord per square foot for the first year of the Term. Base Rental for the first year of Term shall be $32.50 per square foot for the building and $7.50 per square foot for the drive thru at the Premises.   • Maximum Incremental Amount means, at any time, the sum of (a) $1,400.0 million minus the Dollar Equivalent amount (measured at the time of incurrence) of New Term Loans, New Revolving Commitments and Permitted Alternative Incremental Facilities Debt previously established or incurred in reliance on this clause (a) plus (b) the aggregate Dollar Equivalent amount (measured at the time of prepayment or reduction) of Term Loans and Revolving Commitments outstanding on the Closing Date (or established pursuant to clause (a) above) that are optionally prepaid or optionally reduced (other than with the proceeds of long-term Indebtedness (other than borrowings under any revolving credit facility) and other than Revolving Commitments replaced with New Revolving Commitments) following the Closing Date and on or prior to such time (and, in the case of any prepayment of Term Loans pursuant to Section 2.08(d), based on the Dollar Equivalent amount (measured at the time of each applicable prepayment) expended by the Borrowers pursuant to such Section 2.08(d) and not the principal amount) plus (c) an unlimited amount so long as, in the case of this clause (c) only, on a pro forma basis (including the application of proceeds therefrom but excluding any increase in cash and cash equivalents and treating any New Revolving Commitments established pursuant to this clause (c) as fully drawn and all Permitted Alternative Incremental Facilities Debt incurred pursuant to this clause (c) as secured by Liens whether or not actually secured (but without giving effect to any substantially simultaneous incurrence of any New Term Loans, New Revolving Commitments or Permitted Alternative Incremental Facilities made pursuant to the foregoing clauses (a) and (b))), the Consolidated Secured Debt Ratio would not exceed 3.00 to 1.00 (it being understood that the Borrowers shall be deemed to have used amounts under clause (c) (to the extent compliant herewith) prior to utilization of amounts under clause (a) or (b)).

  • Minimum Collateral Amount means, at any time, (a) with respect to Cash Collateral consisting of cash or deposit account balances provided to reduce or eliminate Fronting Exposure during any period when a Lender constitutes a Defaulting Lender, an amount equal to 105% of the Fronting Exposure of the L/C Issuer with respect to Letters of Credit issued and outstanding at such time, (b) with respect to Cash Collateral consisting of cash or deposit account balances provided in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.14(a)(i), (a)(ii) or (a)(iii), an amount equal to 105% of the Outstanding Amount of all L/C Obligations, and (c) otherwise, an amount determined by the Administrative Agent and the L/C Issuer in their sole discretion.

  • Incremental Auction Revenue Rights means the additional Auction Revenue Rights, not previously feasible, created by the addition of Incremental Rights-Eligible Required Transmission Enhancements, Merchant Transmission Facilities, or of one or more Customer- Funded Upgrades.

  • Net Rentable Area means with respect to any Project, the floor area of any buildings, structures or improvements available for leasing to tenants (excluding storage lockers and parking spaces), as reasonably determined by the Administrative Agent, the manner of such determination to be consistent for all Projects unless otherwise approved by the Administrative Agent.

  • Minimum Rent means Fifty Million Thirty-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Six and 00/100ths Dollars ($50,033,976.00), subject to adjustment as provided in Section 3.1.1(b).

  • Fair Rental Value as used in this Lease, shall be equal to the annual rent per rentable square foot (including additional rent and considering any “base year” or “expense stop” applicable thereto), including all escalations, at which tenants (pursuant to leases consummated within the twelve (12) month period preceding the first day of the Option Term), are leasing non-sublease, non-encumbered, non-equity space which is not significantly greater or smaller in size than the subject space, with a comparable level of improvements (excluding any property that Tenant would be allowed to remove from the Premises at the termination of the Lease), for a comparable lease term, in an arm’s length transaction, which comparable space is located in the “Comparable Buildings,” as that term is defined in this Section 2.2.2, below (transactions satisfying the foregoing criteria shall be known as the “Comparable Transactions”), taking into consideration the following concessions (the “Concessions”): (a) rental abatement concessions, if any, being granted such tenants in connection with such comparable space; (b) tenant improvements or allowances provided or to be provided for such comparable space, and taking into account the value, if any, of the existing improvements in the subject space, such value to be based upon the age, condition, design, quality of finishes and layout of the improvements and the extent to which the same can be utilized by a general office/lab user other than Tenant; and (c) other reasonable monetary concessions being granted such tenants in connection with such comparable space; provided, however, that in calculating the Fair Rental Value, no consideration shall be given to the fact that Landlord is or is not required to pay a real estate brokerage commission in connection with Tenant’s exercise of its right to extend the Lease Term, or the fact that landlords are or are not paying real estate brokerage commissions in connection with such comparable space. The Concessions shall be reflected in the effective rental rate (which effective rental rate shall take into consideration the total dollar value of such Concessions as amortized on a straight-line basis over the applicable term of the Comparable Transaction (in which case such Concessions evidenced in the effective rental rate shall not be granted to Tenant)) payable by Tenant. The term “Comparable Buildings” shall mean the Building and those other life sciences buildings which are comparable to the Building in terms of age (based upon the date of completion of construction or major renovation of to the building), quality of construction, level of services and amenities, size and appearance, and are located in South San Francisco, California and the surrounding commercial area.

  • Basic Rent Payment Date means the Delivery Date, and the numerically corresponding day in each calendar month thereafter during the Term, and if such day is not a Business Day, then the immediately preceding calendar day which is a Business Day.

  • Base Rent $ 25,024 per month ("Base Rent"), payable on the 1st day of each month commencing on the Commencement Date (Also see Paragraph 4.) [ ] If this box is checked, this Lease provides for the Base Rent to be adjusted per Addendum ___, attached hereto.

  • Sublease Payment means any payment required to be made by the District pursuant to Section 7 of the Sublease.

  • Gross Rent means the rent for a set-aside unit, including any applicable utility allowances, in compliance with the rent limits applicable to the property for 2020. Gross rent does include optional fees included in the household’s lease, including but not limited to, washer/dryer, cable, parking, etc., as long as they are included in the lease or addendums to the lease. In addition, when a utility that is purchased from or through a local utility company by the Development, who in turn bills residents for actual consumption of the utility will also be eligible when the applicable utility allowance for the Development includes a deduction for the utility and the household’s lease specifies that the resident is responsible for the utility.

  • Rental Fee A fee charged by the Contractor for the rental of a compactor or roll-off container.

  • Additional Payment is as defined in Section 6 of the Agreement.

  • Monthly Base Rent The monthly rent specified in Section 1.01(8).

  • Maximum Collateral Amount The sum of the Principal Balance as of the Cut-off Date of the Initial Mortgage Loans and the Original Pre-Funded Amount.

  • Incremental Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient’s implementing agencies on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, advertising, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance costs, travel and supervision costs, and salaries of supporting staff, but excluding salaries of officials of the Recipient’s civil service.

  • Incremental Available Transfer Capability Revenue Rights means the rights to revenues that are derived from incremental Available Transfer Capability created by the addition of Merchant Transmission Facilities or of one of more Customer-Funded Upgrades.

  • Excess Rent means the excess of (a) all consideration received by Tenant from a Transfer over (b) Rent payable under this Lease after deducting reasonable tenant improvements paid for by Tenant, reasonable attorneys’ fees and any other reasonable out-of-pocket costs paid by Tenant as a result of the Transfer (but specifically excluding any Rent paid to Landlord while the Premises is vacant).

  • Additional Rental has the meaning set forth in Section 4.03.

  • Basic Rent means Basic Rent as defined in Paragraph 6.

  • Consolidated Rental Payments means, for any period, the aggregate amount of all rents paid or payable by Company and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis during that period under all Capital Leases and Operating Leases to which Company or any of its Subsidiaries is a party as lessee.
