EPM Service definition

EPM Service means the provision of an electronic content integrity and time and date service (as more fully described in Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein), which includes the use of rights in USPS IP identified in Exhibit A, including the USPS Marks, and is offered either in a customized set-up or in a publicly-available set-up to the market.

Examples of EPM Service in a sentence

  • The EPM Service shall accept and store information describing electronic files for later non-repudiation.

  • Authentidate agrees that any files processed using the EPM Service will include the USPS Marks which will be viewable when such file is displayed, to the extent that visual display of such file is possible.

  • A complete EPM Service consists of, at a minimum, the hardware, software, billing systems, transactions, management reports, archiving, updates, upgrades, and all activities supporting an EPM.

  • Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Authentidate grants End User, under the Licensed Rights, a non-exclusive, worldwide, terminable license only to use the EPM Service and a non-exclusive, worldwide, terminable limited license to use the USPS Trademarks only as provided by the EPM Service as provided to it by Authentidate or its designee for the purpose for which it is provided, in consideration for the Fees.

  • The EPM Customer is the entity that pays the EPM Alliance for the EPM Service.

  • Authentidate shall at its own expense, during the entire term of this Agreement, keep in full force and effect, policies of insurance meeting or exceeding the following specifications which shall cover all of the EPM Service: General Liability insurance in a minimum amount of [ * * * * ] and an Excess Liability policy (umbrella form) with a minimum [ * * * * ] per occurrence limit.

  • USPS will not renew any existing licenses, or sell any new licenses for the existing USPS Electronic Postmark (R) after Service Launch Date; provided, however, that any contract signed or renewed after the Effective Date shall contain a provision to automatically convert such Customer to the USPS EPM Service on the Service Launch Date, or as soon as practicable thereafter.

  • Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Authentidate grants Sublicensee, under the Licensed Rights, a non-exclusive, worldwide, terminable license to develop and/or provide software applications and services that incorporate the EPM Service and to use, provide, advertise, promote, and market the Electronic Postmark Service using the USPS Trademarks to End Users in consideration for the Fees to be paid to Authentidate.

  • CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.

  • Telecom Service Provider means any Telecom operator in India, who is licensed by the Department of Telecommunications (DOT), Government of India to provide telecom services to the general public or to the other DOT licensed Telecom operators. "Telecom Service Provider" also refers to any Telecom operator in other countries providing telecom services to general public of that country or to other telecom operators of the same country.

  • Cloud Service means any distinct, subscription-based, hosted, supported and operated on-demand solution provided by SAP under an Order Form.

  • Premium service means programming choices (such as movie Channels, pay-per-view programs, or video on demand) offered to Subscribers on a per-Channel, per-program or per- event basis.

  • Service Switching Point (SSP means the telephone Central Office Switch equipped with a Signaling System 7 (SS7) interface.

  • 800 service means a telecommunications service that:

  • In-service means an educational program, which is designed to increase the knowledge, skills, and overall effectiveness of personnel.

  • Firm Service means from published tariffs and/or contracts under which Seller is expressly obligated to deliver specific volumes within a given time period and which anticipates no interruptions but which may permit unexpected interruption in case the supply to higher priority customers is threatened.

  • Online Service means our on-line system for managing the electronic transmission of information between us and Providers;

  • Level of service has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(c).

  • Utility Service means a service, the terms and conditions of which are regulated by the AUC, and includes services for which an individual rate, joint rate, toll, fare, charge or schedule of them, have been approved by the AUC.

  • Company Service means the Company's email, Internet, security management services provided to End Users for the purposes of conducting Company's internal business.
