Entirety of Agreement. The provisions of this Agreement set forth the entire agreement and understanding among the Parties as to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, oral or written, and all other prior communications between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof, other than the Operating Agreement.
