Enrollment bonus means a one-time one-hundred dollar financial bonus added to the OWF payment for the assistance group for each LEAP teen included in the assistance group who enrolls in school for the first time after being notified of LEAP program participation.

  • Compensation Deferral means the amount or amounts of the Director's Compensation deferred under the provisions of Section 3 of this Agreement.

  • Deferral Date means the date Fees would otherwise have been paid to the Participant.

  • Annual Award means the cash payment paid or payable to the Executive with respect to a fiscal year under the Corporation's Incentive Compensation Performance Plan.
