Employee Investors definition

Employee Investors means the current, former or future officers, directors, managers and employees (and Controlled Investment Affiliates and Immediate Family Members of the foregoing) of Holdings, the Borrower, the Restricted Subsidiaries or any Parent Entity who are or who become direct or indirect investors in Holdings, any Parent Entity, any Equityholding Vehicle, or in the Borrower, including any such officers, directors, managers or employees owning through an Equityholding Vehicle. For the avoidance of doubt, the Rollover Investors constitute Employee Investors.
